Acceptance of terms
By creating a GameDay account or using any part of this service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Free to play — no gambling
GameDay is a free community game. Points, kudos and leaderboard positions have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Any prizes are provided by the hosting venue or event promoter, are non-cash, and are subject to the venue's own prize terms.
Eligibility
You must meet the entry requirements of the hosting venue (for example, venues that only admit patrons over 18). You must not use the service in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
Fair play
One account per person. Automation, score manipulation or abusive conduct towards other players may result in disqualification from venue prizes and suspension of your account.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend or terminate the service at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
Liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly granted in these terms.
