Acceptance of terms
By creating a GameDay account or using any part of this service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Play money only
GameDay is currently a play-money preview. Play chips have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use this service. You must not use the service in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend or terminate the service at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
Liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly granted in these terms.
