01 — Build your nine
Pick a lineup of nine players within the budget — mids, forwards, defenders and a ruck. Set your captain. Their score counts double.
02 — Watch the lock-countdown
A live countdown ticks down to bouncedown — when it hits zero, lineups freeze. Locked late? You're in with a one-off captain swap perk on the side.
03 — Swap on goals, beat the stream timer
After every goal you can swap your captain to the player who just changed the game. Stream questions pop on screen every quarter ("Who kicks the next goal?", "More marks or more tackles?") — beat the closing timer and they score in real time.
